Founder Rory Bertram, an entrepreneur at heart, decides to fully focus on his real estate ambition.
2015
Own portfolio grows
Rory Bertram’s portfolio grows rapidly. With multiple acquisitions and increasing experience, more and more investors join in.
2019
Launch of Benkey
From a growing network of investors and a shortage of suitable projects, Benkey is born: the platform that connects investors and real estate professionals.
2022
Milestone of €100 million in financing raised
Financing applications are coming in rapidly. Within just a few years, we finance dozens of projects with a total volume of approximately €100 million.
2023
Shift to fund structure
To preserve our Boutique philosophy, we choose a new direction. No longer a quotation factory, but our own real estate fund in which investors benefit from value growth and in which we also invest alongside them.
2024
Launch of the Benkey Vastgoedfonds
With the first investors and two completed transactions, the Benkey Vastgoedfonds truly starts gaining momentum.
2025
€100 million under management
More and more investors are joining. The fund grows to €100 million in assets under management (AUM), and the AIFMD licence application has been submitted to the Autoriteit Financiële Markten (AFM).
