Benkey Property Management is the exclusive partner of Benkey Fund Management, active since August 2024 with a strong focus on value-add real estate projects. We aim to optimally manage, develop and grow our real estate portfolio. As a Finance Boutique, we are entrepreneurial, agile, and driven by a strong sense of responsibility. The coming period will focus on significant growth and further professionalization, partly driven by the AIFMD license application. Our ambition is to grow to an investment volume of over EUR 1 billion by 2030.

As a Medior Asset Manager at Benkey Property Management, you are responsible for managing and optimizing part of our real estate portfolio. You will work closely with colleagues within asset management, finance, and technical teams, and report to the COO. In this role, you’ll have the space to take initiative, contribute ideas for improvement, and actively help further professionalize both the team and the portfolio.
