Intern Investor Relations

Location: Laren, the Netherlands
Internship period: minimum 4 months, maximum 1 year

At Benkey, you will work within an ambitious finance boutique that brings together investors and real estate. As an Investor Relations Intern, you will support the team in maintaining and expanding investor relationships and gain a unique insight into the world of real estate investments.

You will work closely with experienced professionals and be given the space to learn, take responsibility, and grow alongside a rapidly professionalising organisation.

Your role

As an Investor Relations Intern, you will support our Investor Relations team in maintaining and building relationships with investors. You will gain a unique opportunity to acquire hands-on experience in the real estate investment industry and develop insight into our products and the way Benkey manages and expands relationships with a diverse range of investors.

In this role, you will work closely with our Investor Relations Managers and contribute to a variety of projects.

What you will do:

Support for Investor Relations Managers
Assist in preparing investor meetings, reports, and presentations.

Investor communication
Maintain active contact with investors by sharing updates and promoting new deals and investment opportunities.

Research and data analysis
Support market research activities, including competitor analysis, and analyse data to gain insights into investor trends and needs.

Documentation and administration
Assist in preparing and processing reports and maintaining administrative records.

Event support
Support the organisation and execution of investor meetings and other relationship events.

Digital development of the investor portal
Contribute to working groups focused on developing and testing new features of the investor portal, helping to optimise user experience and functionality.

CRM HubSpot activities
Help keep all data within the CRM system up to date. This includes contacting investors to validate and update information.

KYC (Know Your Customer) processes
Support the onboarding of investors into Benkey funds as part of our AML policy. This involves working with our external administrator to carry out KYC checks, ensuring the process runs smoothly and in compliance with regulations.

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
  • A strong interest in real estate, finance, and investor relations
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and accurately in a dynamic environment
  • Experience with Excel and PowerPoint is a plus
