Benkey is a Finance Boutique specialized in commercial real estate. We offer a different way of investing in real estate — not fragmented portfolios or purely passive ownership, but an active approach focused on value creation, clarity, and control.

We provide multiple ways to invest. You can participate in real estate loans secured by mortgages, or become a co-owner in the fund, benefiting from the strength of a diversified portfolio.

Through this approach, we achieve returns that may reach approximately 12 to 15 percent per year. Everything is made transparent via our investor portal, enabling passive income combined with long-term capital growth.
