Benkey acquires America Tower in Oosterhout
Office property with A++ energy label, diversified tenant base and leasing potential
Laren, 6 October 2026 – Benkey has acquired America Tower, located at Wilhelminakanaal Zuid 110 in Oosterhout, on behalf of the Benkey Real Estate Fund. The transaction completed on 1 October 2026. With this acquisition, the fund further expands its portfolio with a well-let office property in a prominent location along the A27 motorway.
Landmark office building at Hoevestein Business Park
America Tower comprises approximately 6,040 sqm of lettable floor area, spread across multiple floors. The building holds an A++ energy label and offers 162 on-site parking spaces. Its distinctive tower design and visibility from the motorway make it a recognisable landmark within the region.
The property is situated at Hoevestein Business Park, directly adjacent to the A27 and the Wilhelmina Canal. Its location near Breda and Tilburg, ample parking facilities and high-profile visibility make it attractive to both regional and national organisations.
Diversified tenant base and long-term lease agreements
America Tower benefits from a diversified mix of tenants, including several well-established occupiers. The combination of existing long-term lease agreements and recently completed new leases provides a stable foundation of rental income, while also offering opportunities for further value enhancement through the lease-up of the remaining vacant space.
Strategic fit within the fund
With this acquisition, Benkey adds a distinctive office asset to its portfolio, combining existing rental income with additional leasing potential. Approximately 750 sqm of office space is available on the third floor. This space can be divided into two self-contained units if desired.
