Benkey acquires office building Point of View in Schiphol-Rijk

Benkey has acquired the office building Point of View, located at Tupolevlaan 2–24 & 40 in Schiphol-Rijk. The property is part of the Schiphol-Rijk business park and is situated in a strategic location directly adjacent to Amsterdam Schiphol Airport.

The office building was constructed in 2000 and comprises approximately 11,800 m² of leasable office space, along with extensive on-site parking facilities with 354 parking spaces. It is largely leased on a long-term basis to anchor tenant KLM.

The Schiphol-Rijk location is easily accessible via the A4 and A9 motorways and is in close proximity to Schiphol Airport. Public transport connections are also available. The surrounding area offers various amenities, including hotels and facilities aimed at business users, making it suitable for both nationally and internationally operating organisations.

The building has an energy label A+, aligning with Benkey’s sustainability ambitions. With this acquisition, Benkey adds a high-quality and future-proof office asset to its real estate portfolio, located in a strong and internationally oriented hub.

Parties involved in the transaction included Prime Realty Partners, Loyens & Loeff, Gijsen Real Estate Advisory, NIVAB, BT Makelaars, First Real Estate, and Hengstem & Stolp Notaries.

Benkey launched its real estate fund in the summer of 2024. Since then, the fund has completed multiple property transactions in the Netherlands, with a focus on commercial and value-add real estate. Benkey pursues a personal approach, a manageable scale, and the development of long-term relationships with investors. Its mission is to generate stable, hassle-free income through responsible and yield-generating real estate investments.
